Whats New At Elk Creek Observatory!
Starting in January of 2008, The Astronomy Department at Holton High School will be installing a server to store all of our images, instead of on 5 different computers. With the addition of the Server, the website will have much more images displayed on it, because of the ease of finding the images. We are all very excited about the new server, and are hoping that you will continually visit our website to check for new images! Mr. Ford recently bought a new 14" telescope for his personal use, the Space Science class will be using this telescope to take images, and will display them on the site. Mars observing is in full swing at ECO, come in on January 5, 10, 12, 17 and 19th for Mars observing at its best! Weather permitting of course.
